Freedom From Smoking Classes

Miami University's Employee Health & Well-Being (EHWB) provides the American Lung Association's "Freedom From Smoking" Tobacco Cessation Class. In these classes you will find out ways to stay smoke free by developing skills and strategies such as: stress management, weight control, assertive communication, exercise, staying smoke-free, accountability, group support and open dialogue.

Weekly on Tuesday of every week Tuesday, July 31, 2012 to Tuesday, September 11, 2012, 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Admission:

Miami Faculty and Staff
This program is available to all Miami University employees and benefit-eligible spouses/same-sex domestic partners/dependents (18+ years).
A $30 program fee will be waived if the participant attends 7 or the 8 sessions.
