Freedom From Smoking Classes
Miami University's Employee Health & Well-Being (EHWB) provides the American Lung Association's "Freedom From Smoking" Tobacco Cessation Class. In these classes you will find out ways to stay smoke free by developing skills and strategies such as: stress management, weight control, assertive communication, exercise, staying smoke-free, accountability, group support and open dialogue.

Miami Faculty and Staff This program is available to all Miami University employees and benefit-eligible spouses/same-sex domestic partners/dependents (18+ years).
