MUHD: Ribbon-Cutting Event featuring Stephen Wade
Called in 1979 "a wondrous artist" by Time magazine for his landmark stage show Banjo Dancing, Stephen Wade has continued on as a documentarian, recording artist, radio essayist, and scholar.
Musician and writer Stephen Wade is best known for his long-running stage performances of Banjo Dancing and On the Way Home. Since 1996 his occasional commentaries on folksongs and traditional tunes have appeared on National Public Radio's All Things Considered.

Hamilton Downtown 221 High St. [map], Hamilton Campus [map] - Directions Metered parking is free after 5pm. For daytime events, if you park in the municipal lot (entrance on Third Street) we'll stamp your garage ticket for TWO HOURS FREE PARKING to attend any MUHD event.
For evening events, you may also park in the Key Bank lot adjacent to Journal Square. |
