This employee workshop is intended to aid participants in understanding the University's position on cultural awareness and inclusion. Participants will learn about individual identities, and how and why inclusion is about every member of the community. Participants will develop personal goals for becoming more respectful while working with differences at Miami and the community. Learn how to take steps to improve the community, such as reporting problem and issues, handling complaints, and asking questions. Learn about opportunities for exposure to other cultures within the community.
