Russian Tide: Building a Leadership Business in the Midst of Unprecedented Change

John Pepper traces the development of P&G's business in Russia during the 1990s, building the largest and longest-established foreign investment in Russia. Mr. Pepper joined Procter & Gamble in 1963 and was named the president in 1986. He served as the ninth chairman of the board and CEO of P&G, retiring in 2002. He became Vice President of finance for Yale University in 2004, also serving as a senior fellow there.
