Building a Better Hamilton Through the Arts
Greg Handberg is a firm believer in the positive impact of artists on community and the importance of permanently affordable and sustainable space for artisits and arts organizations. He joined Artspace in 1999 and leads all of its real estate activities. Under his leadership Artspace has created over 20 arts facilities across the nation, with a total development cost of over $300 million. Artspace Hamilton Lofts, an adaptive reuse of the former Strauss Department Store, will offer affordable live/work apartments, and gallery, community and commercial space for Hamlton revitalization and its rising arts scene.
